Celebrity Chef Seamus O’Connell, star of the RTE’s SOUL FOOD cookery programme, has been serving the highest quality food and wine, with hints of mischief and twists of the unexpected, at the Ivory Tower restaurant for over 15 years.
Seamus’ influence include Japanese Cuisine, Mexican Soul Food, and French Haute Cusine, while the menu also features almost-forgotten Irish dishes as well as European fare.
Ingredients are extremely fresh (and often organic), flavours are bold and presentation is unusual. So whether you choose a classic dish with a twist or one of Seamus’ fusion creations, be prepared for humour and originality on a plate.
The Ivory Tower is well-known for its sushi and Japanese food and for its 5-course fine dining menu. It is also one of the only restaurants in Ireland to offer a menu based exclusively on traditional Irish food.
